Cancellation and Returns Policy

We promise to offer awesome products! If any product doesn’t make you happy, we’ll work with you to make it right.

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Email mimirorder@gmail.com with your order number to get your exchange started. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

In case of exchange, a new product will only be shipped after the old product has been received at our end.

Damaged Goods

In an unlikely event that that your merchandise arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damaged product on mimirorder@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the order. All complaints will be processed within 5 working days and a replacement shall be shipped to you at the earliest after reviewing. We cannot accept returns for personalized orders.

Refund

Please allow up to 10 business days after your items have been received by our warehouse for your refund email confirmation to send. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirming your refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, however, you may apply for return once you have received the order. You will be responsible for paying for the cost of shipping to return your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
